My doctor said there was nothing I could do to improve my chances with nutrition. I didn't buy it. Peak Horizon Holistic offers nutritional guidance from a practitioner who has been through it.
FROM THE FOUNDER
Meet Mackenzie Soderquist,
Nutrition Therapist Master.
For years I struggled with chronic health issues while also trying to get pregnant. I tried everything from medicated cycles to rounds of IVF with little nutrition and lifestyle support except that of which I pieced together myself. My gut told me that getting pregnant wasn't going to come from pushing harder. Instead, I knew my body needed to heal first, and it needed deep, foundational support from nutrition to get there.
I started looking at nutrition because I had run out of other places to look, and what I found surprised me. There was real science on the relationship between nutrition, hormonal health, and reproductive function, and almost none of it had reached me across years of appointments.
I found my way forward through nutrition and lifestyle rather than another round of treatment — which led me to enroll in my Nutrition Therapist Master program, and ultimately found Peak Horizon Holistic in culmination of my studies.
Peak Horizon Holistic exists because no woman should have to find this on her own. There is another way, and I want to help you find it.

HOW I WORK
Everything we do is backed by evidence.
Every recommendation I make traces back to research, and I will show you the reasoning behind all of it.
-
A ninety-minute intake covering your history, cycle, labs, diet, supplements, sleep, stress, and everything you have already tried.
-
We spend time digging into your current picture against the most up-to-date hormonal science findings, looking for clues about what you are experiencing. You are not just a number in a patient population and I do not treat you like one.
-
You get a personalized plan covering nutrition, targeted supplementation, and the lifestyle factors that sit within your control.
-
Bodies move on their own timeline. We meet regularly, track what is shifting, and adjust. Most of my clients stay with me for a long stretch, because this is work that requires time and commitment.
WHAT TO EXPECT
Fertility isn't a separate system. It's an expression of your overall health.
Everything that affects conception affects the rest of you, which means the changes might show up in more places than you expect. These are the areas we might focus on together:
Cycle patterns and ovulation tracking
Daily energy and how you feel throughout the day
Sleep quality and routines
Mood, focus, and stress load
Gut and digestive health (which almost nobody in the fertility world talks about)
Inflammation, which comes up often for people navigating endometriosis
A WORD ON SCOPE
Nutrition is just one component.
If you have significant hormonal or systemic issues, nutrition alone will probably not get you all the way there, and I would rather say that on day one than let you find out later.
I work alongside your physician, your OB-GYN, and your fertility clinic rather than in place of them. I do not diagnose, prescribe, or direct your treatment, and I will tell you plainly when something belongs with your doctor. I also cannot do the work for you. What I can do is make sure you know exactly what the work is and why it matters.
You’re in the right place.
Whether you are planning ahead, a year in with no answers, or in the middle of treatment, there is no situation too small or too large to bring here. Start with a twenty-minute call. No cost, no script, no obligation.
